Interested in volunteering at the Parish Volunteer Fire Company?
Since 1901, members of our community have
stepped forward to provide high quality emergency services to protect our own families, friends and neighbors. Members also participate in community service events, helping to foster unity and create a sense of pride in our locale.
The fire company has two levels of membership, full members and associate members:
- Full members provide emergency services and take emergency services training in firefighting, medical response, rescue, and traffic control.
- Associate members are community service volunteers who assist in the administration and daily operations of the fire company, but more importantly; they enable the fire company to provide additional services to the community. Associate members can participate in emergency preparedness training and often are certified in CPR/AED.
